Jeff was on the sports staff of the Tri-City Herald for 30 years and retired as its Sports Editor in 2015. During his tenure, he covered thousands of prep and other sports events throughout the Tri-Cities. He continues to write as a freelancer for the Herald, covering the local sports scene as often as he can. You'll find him on your television screen with the SWX sports team, offering insights in its weekly prep sports show and as a color commentator.
